A Good Start to the Day

Ricky has often been exasperated with my sloppy sandwiches which fall to pieces under the weight of their own ingredients, but I do love a breakfast sandwich bursting with flavour.

Might be no Montreal bagel, but there’s bacon, egg, and red onion to go with the spinach, cheese, tomato, and fresh cracked pepper. And of course precious imported mayonnaise brought by me from Australia.

Worth getting up in the morning to have something like this as fuel for the day.
