Breadwinners Attempt #2

With the first loaf being too salty and yet with many avocados to eat on delicious fresh bread, I decided to try a second batch last night.

Using a different recipe online and tweaking it, I managed to get the dough to rise much better. By the time it came out of the oven it was a huge improvement on the first.

So pretty!!

Although the yeast I used tastes more beer-y than I’d like, it turned out quite nice. And just in time for my favourite breakfast ever of peppered avocados on warm buttered toast.

Now to try making crusty bread with delectable chewy insides…
