Ricky and I got nostalgic the other night and wanted nothing more than a good old meal of bangers and mash with veg. We found some sausages on sale, so luckily were able to indulge this desire. I also have a lot of gravy left over from Andrea’s visit to Canada this past January (she brought me back a ton of St. Hubert’s chicken sauce <3), so we were able to drown our plates in the savoury sauce.
Probably the best meal we’d had in a while. We even had to bargain about who got to eat the leftover mashed potatoes and gravy.
